Our Cleaning Services

We have 2 x carpet machines, both from Ashby’s cleaning equipment. We use the extraction method and feel it produces the best all round results to most types of material whether fitted carpets, tiles, rugs, or upholstered furniture. We will vacuum, check that carpet is fitted properly, prepare pre-spot stains, pre-spray and extraction clean.

We offer stain guard protection to both carpet and upholstery. Costs start from £80.00 for cleaning an average through lounge. The more that is cleaned the costs come down with stain guard costs from £1.00 per sm.

We can offer services, from a once a week clean, to a fall 7 day service with full or part time staff. We only use trained staff that know the products that they are familiar with and have used before. That’s why we at Bell Contracts London Ltd, use the same products to clean most sites, with the exception that a client might like to use green products. We are more than satisfied to provide this type of service, with the use of microfibre cloths and the reduction in the use of chemicals. We will tailor our service to your needs. We wear uniforms to identify ourselves, so your staff know who is on site.

We provide all types of consumables, for wash room services & catering services, such as dishwasher tablets, salt, washing up liquid, coffee, tea, etc.

We offer a fall range of floor services, from cleaning polished floors, non-slip altro flooring, laminates, marble, limestone, porcelain, to hard wooden floors. All of which we would give free estimates to clean. We have cleaned churches, old people’s / care homes, offices, dentists, all with many different types of flooring.

We always use signage and often work out of hours, as it’s much safer, with cables and water on floors, it’s about being aware.

At Bell Contracts London, we work along side several estate agents that manage properties for their clients. We will do full cleans, including carpet cleaning, as well as arranging oven cleaning services if required. We also clean by the checkout reports, that has been carried out. This picks up on things not up to standard in the tenants agreement and costed accordingly .

With spring cleans we can quote for a full house clean, to just refreshing a few carpets and tailor things to clients requirements.

We offer domestic window cleaning services, and no job is too small. Each residential window cleaning customer has different requirements. Be it a one off, weekly, monthly, or even a yearly window clean. We are flexible and can work around your needs.

Also providing a power hosing service, for driveway’s and patio’s, car parks and exteriors of buildings.
